Vape Orders
We use Australia Post for all orders placed with Vape Electronics. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation with your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking info in 2 days then you must contact us as there might be an issue with your order or payment. Orders must be in by 3pm so we can make the 5pm cut off time by Australia Post.
Delivery times:
Express Metro = 2-3 days to Metro Areas (Usually the next day or 2 days)
Standard Metro = 4-6 Days Metro Areas (4 days in most cases)
WA Express = 6 Days or more (Air freight)
WA Standard = Up to 14 days (Road freight)
Express Rural Areas Excludes WA = Up to 6 days (Usually 4 days)
Standard Rural Areas Excludes WA = Up to 14 days (Usually 1 Week)
Click N Collect:
We will send you an SMS when your order is ready. Your order should be ready within 1 hour but if you do not receive an SMS to collect then please contact us by phone and ask our staff to double check your order.
