Warranty & Returns

At Vape Electronics, we pride ourselves on good quality products that will last the distance, so we offer three months warranty on select products.

Products covered under three months Warranty

    • Battery Mods
    • Starter Kits
    • Tanks (Not including leaking tanks or broken glass)

Products NOT covered under Warranty

    • E-liquids or E-juice
    • Dry cell batteries (Including; All dry cell vape batteries sold on this website)
    • Drip Tips
    • Coils (Including; RBA and disposable)

All products are subject to normal wear and tear - For example, constant plugging in and out from the charging port on a battery mod will cause the charging outlet to enlarge and, reduce the tensile strength of the surrounding metal around the port . Products classified as normal wear and tear will NOT be covered under warranty. All Dual battery mods require an EXTERNAL BATTERY CHARGER.

What we consider normal wear and tear

    • Worn or loose charging ports on or around battery mod or device
    • Worn tank seals
    • Leaking tank due to worn coils
    • Faded color including a diminished appearance

Warranty Process

If you feel as though your product qualifies for a replacement warranty, then you must contact 1300625308. 




All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

When you change your mind

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

    • At Vape Electronics you have 28 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.
    • By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging, and accessories are included.
    • Products must have the original security seal or and shrink wrap is intact.

Excluded change of mind items

The following items can not be returned if you change your mind:

    • E-Liquids or E-juice (Heat or humidity may alter the compound of the liquid during transport and we would not be able to re-sell Liquids)
    • Drip Tips (Are not sold in sealed bags thus we cannot guarantee hygiene upon re-sale)

Other products:

Vape electronics will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, a refund (refund will be provided using the original payment method) or repair where:

    • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
    • The product does not match the sample or our description
    • You can present a Vape Electronics receipt or other adequate proof of purchase

Vape Electronics may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Please be aware that data (including, puff counters and pre-set temperature controls) may be lost during the repair process of electrical and electronic products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal data is deleted before returning to Vape Electronics.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be given if the item is not returned in its original packaging (including outer packaging with serial number) and all manuals, and accessories are included
