When you place an order online with us, we will recieve your order in a processing state. Once your items has been packed and ready to ship, we will then update your online order to a completed state. You will then recieve an email with a tracking number.
Please copy the tracking number sent to your email and use the following link below to track your order. You can also subscribe to email alerts via the same link below. Once your online order is complete, your rewards points will be rewarded to you via your account.
We do not ship orders on public holidays or weekends however, we do pack orders 7 days a week.
